@@danielmartinezmartinez441 Urchinows suck and die to Megaliths. They have less range and mobility. Never build them. Teleporting units definitely work x) It’s 50/50. Just because I won this game doesn’t mean it’s a bad strategy. Awasy is very strong.

@@alphahex99 Ok, I'm already in that server. I'm Inexperienced I olay against the AI and am a bit shy to play online. That's why I like urchinows. They might be ok in defence or when you have the space temple, but I know they have no chance against a good microed megalith, and in a pro game a baldy spent resource means the diference of a victory and defeat. I don´t use teleport, I usually go bodaboom first. I like to spread them over my base.

If you have less, airplanes that can’t shoot other airplanes just get shot down anywhere they try to attack.

@@Shad0wHawk86 Yes. Mass extractors (with DLC!!) slowly “level up” so the ones that were alive for longer give more. Which is why killing core mass hurts more than harassing the edges.

@@alphahex99 I haven't got it but I'll look into getting it. It's how much mass and energy I need to build per factory and then for later game which is tripping me up atm. A video on that would be most appreciated.

I didn’t know you can turn it off 🤠 If you watch the video I only move around by zooming in/out (more control cuz you point your mouse where you want to go while edge bumping is timing based). The only time I bump the screen to move is accidentally I think.

@@alphahex99 exactly I'm the same way. I only move by scrolling in and out and I hate accidentally moving the screen but I wondered if there was a reason pros kept that on

You can't bomb over anti-air with that little airplanes and if the enemy is building anti-air the airplanes are doing their job even if they're not bombing. Each anti-air tower is 225 mass and it slows down your expansion a lot. We weren't that far apart in eco. You never want to go gantries as Aeon. Aeon experimentals suck and are only good in very niche situations. I don't remember the last time I saw an Urchinov. Just spam small land units and max those out + teleport. The Fistoosh (or any other mobile missile launchers) are very strong vs structures or mobile shields. It can be useful vs Cybran because Cybran can sacrifice explode their buildings (or units) to do a lot of damage so it's tricky to get close and kill them with other land units. @@alphahex99 Oh you misunderstood one of my statements. I meant for him to target your Gantries, not invest in his own. Aeon are often seen as the "assassin" faction and I agree, so a prolonged back and forth engagement tends to not work out in the long run and Aeon can only hold out for so long before getting overwhelmed as we saw in this video. And I meant for Awasy to park a sizeable grouping of Fishtoosh on the edge of the middle hill to fire on your base while microing the other units as they were already doing instead of mixing them in with the other units. Pretty sure they have the reach for it. You actually even posted a video in recent times that talks about the basics of land units, which is what I was referencing without even realizing you were the one who posted that.

@@alphahex99 More than likely. You didn’t raid and you did a lot of com walking so that delayed your troop production. However, it was excellent here!

Early Megaliths are bad, but lategame Megaliths with enough small land to defend vs tele is gud.

Maybe. Not sure how interesting that would be tho. But I think an Eye Tracker could be interesting in the future ^^

Cybran gets bots for free and they unlock cool stuff like +15% movement speed, jump jets, power detonate. Illuminate can unlock Harvogs for 5 research and they unlock cool stuff likr anti-air, teleport. UEF can get Titans for 5 research, but they can only unlock Afterburn for 5 extra points, which is better on tanks anyway (Afterburned tanks are faster than normal moving bots already I think) and the anti air is locked behind like 30 research points worth of stuff. Titans also shoot way slower than Loyalists or Harvogs so they’re less likely to hit stuff, which makes them very meh. As UEF just go for tanks.

Gotta play strong opponents, especially in 1v1s, to avoid stagnating :P If you only play against AI that always plays the same and the same strats work every time you won’t learn.
